Workshop on NGS data and the Variation Calling Challenge

The Workshop on NGS data and the Variation Calling Challenge is especially devoted to the presentation of results from the pilot Variation Calling Challenge 2013 - Variathon v0.1.
The Workshop will be held on May 21, 2013 in Udine, Italy.
People who did not take part at the competition but are interested in the topic of the Workshop are welcome.

The Workshop on NGS data and the Variation Calling Challenge will be held in viale Ungheria 49 (Udine), which is a 10 minute walk from the railway station (see the map below).

Shuttle buses go from Venice Airport to Mestre railway station (it takes about 17 minutes). From the railway station there are frequent trains to Udine.
